OpenClaw < 2026.3.11 - Sandbox Boundary Bypass via Unanchored writeFile Commit Path

OpenClaw before 2026.3.11 contains a sandbox boundary bypass vulnerability in the fs-bridge writeFile commit step that uses an unanchored container path during the final move operation. An attacker can exploit a time-of-check-time-of-use race condition by modifying parent paths inside the sandbox to redirect committed files outside the validated writable path within the container mount namespace.

OpenClaw < 2026.3.12 - Arbitrary Code Execution via Auto-Discovery of Workspace Plugins

OpenClaw before 2026.3.12 automatically discovers and loads plugins from .OpenClaw/extensions/ without explicit trust verification, allowing arbitrary code execution. Attackers can execute malicious code by including crafted workspace plugins in cloned repositories that execute when users run OpenClaw from the directory.

OpenClaw < 2026.3.8 - Sender Allowlist Bypass in Microsoft Teams Plugin via Route Allowlist Configuration

OpenClaw before 2026.3.8 contains a sender allowlist bypass vulnerability in its Microsoft Teams plugin that allows unauthorized senders to bypass intended authorization checks. When a team/channel route allowlist is configured with an empty groupAllowFrom parameter, the message handler synthesizes wildcard sender authorization, permitting any sender in the matched team/channel to trigger replies in allowlisted Teams routes.

iconv crash due to assertion failure with untrusted input

The iconv() function in the GNU C Library versions 2.43 and earlier may crash due to an assertion failure when converting inputs from the IBM1390 or IBM1399 character sets, which may be used to remotely crash an application. This vulnerability can be trivially mitigated by removing the IBM1390 and IBM1399 character sets from systems that do not need them.

huggingface smolagents Incomplete Fix CVE-2025-9959 local_python_executor.py evaluate_with code injection

A weakness has been identified in huggingface smolagents 1.25.0.dev0. This affects the function evaluate_augassign/evaluate_call/evaluate_with of the file src/smolagents/local_python_executor.py of the component Incomplete Fix CVE-2025-9959. This manipulation causes code injection. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. The exploit has been made available to the public and could be used for attacks. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.

pyLoad: Server-Side Request Forgery via Download Link Submission Enables Cloud Metadata Exfiltration

pyLoad is a free and open-source download manager written in Python. Prior to version 0.5.0b3.dev97, PyLoad's download engine accepts arbitrary URLs without validation, enabling Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) attacks. An authenticated attacker can exploit this to access internal network services and exfiltrate cloud provider metadata. On DigitalOcean droplets, this exposes sensitive infrastructure data including droplet ID, network configuration, region, authentication keys, and SSH keys configured in user-data/cloud-init. Version 0.5.0b3.dev97 contains a patch.

Mastodon has a denial of service for quote authorization

Mastodon is a free, open-source social network server based on ActivityPub. In versions on the 4.5.x branch prior to 4.5.8 and on the 4.4.x branch prior to 4.4.15, an attacker that knows of a quote before it has reached a server can prevent it from being correctly processed on that server. The vulnerability has been patched in Mastodon 4.5.8 and 4.4.15. Mastodon 4.3 and earlier are not affected because they do not support quotes.

Open WebUI has unauthorized deletion of knowledge files

Open WebUI is a self-hosted artificial intelligence platform designed to operate entirely offline. Prior to version 0.8.6, an access control check is missing when deleting a file from a knowledge base. The only check being done is that the user has write access to the knowledge base (or is admin), but NOT that the file actually belongs to this knowledge base. It is thus possible to delete arbitrary files from arbitrary knowledge bases (as long as one knows the file id). Version 0.8.6 patches the issue.
