Dioxus Components has JavaScript injection via user-supplied IDs

Dioxus Components is a shadcn-style component library for the Dioxus app framework. Prior to commit 41e4242ecb1062d04ae42a5215363c1d9fd4e23a, `use_animated_open` formats a string for `eval` with an `id` that can be user supplied. Commit 41e4242ecb1062d04ae42a5215363c1d9fd4e23a patches the issue.

Incus container environment configuration newline injection

Incus is a system container and virtual machine manager. In versions 6.20.0 and below, a user with the ability to launch a container with a custom YAML configuration (e.g a member of the ‘incus’ group) can create an environment variable containing newlines, which can be used to add additional configuration items in the container’s lxc.conf due to newline injection. This can allow adding arbitrary lifecycle hooks, ultimately resulting in arbitrary command execution on the host. Exploiting this issue on IncusOS requires a slight modification of the payload to change to a different writable directory for the validation step (e.g /tmp). This can be confirmed with a second container with /tmp mounted from the host (A privileged action for validation only). A fix is planned for versions 6.0.6 and 6.21.0, but they have not been released at the time of publication.

pypdf manipulated LZWDecode streams can exhaust RAM

pypdf is a free and open-source pure-python PDF library. Prior to version 6.4.0, an attacker who uses this vulnerability can craft a PDF which leads to a memory usage of up to 1 GB per stream. This requires parsing the content stream of a page using the LZWDecode filter. This issue has been patched in version 6.4.0.

Gnutls: null pointer dereference in _gnutls_figure_common_ciphersuite()

A NULL pointer dereference flaw was found in the GnuTLS software in _gnutls_figure_common_ciphersuite(). When it reads certain settings from a template file, it can allow an attacker to cause an out-of-bounds (OOB) NULL pointer write, resulting in memory corruption and a denial of service (DoS) that could crash the system.

Libsoup: cookie domain validation bypass via uppercase characters in libsoup

A flaw was found in libsoup. When handling cookies, libsoup clients mistakenly allow cookies to be set for public suffix domains if the domain contains at least two components and includes an uppercase character. This bypasses public suffix protections and could allow a malicious website to set cookies for domains it does not own, potentially leading to integrity issues such as session fixation.

Libsoup: information disclosure may leads libsoup client sends authorization header to a different host when being redirected by a server

A flaw was found in libsoup. When libsoup clients encounter an HTTP redirect, they mistakenly send the HTTP Authorization header to the new host that the redirection points to. This allows the new host to impersonate the user to the original host that issued the redirect.
